To schedule your pet for a New Client Comprehensive Examination, please complete the new client form attached below. If you need urgent or emergency care, please follow the link below for recommendations for immediate care. Our new client appointments are often scheduled well in advance.

Preparing For Your Visit

Medical Records:
Having a full medical history is vital for us to provide your pet with the best veterinary care. Please contact your pets’ previous Veterinarians and ask them to forward us their medical records to our e-mail; Kensingtonvet@gmail.com. These records will be reviewed by the veterinarian prior to your appointment. We require these records prior to your appointment.

Parking:
We have a parking lot for our clients in back of the hospital. It is a bit calmer then then street parking, especially when helping pets to exit the car. The driveway is located directly east of the building. The driveway is quite narrow so slow speeds and caution are appreciated.

Payment:
Payment is required in full at the time of service. Although we do not offer payment plans, we recommend Care Credit for clients needing an extended payment period (Carecredit.com). Due to the escalating costs of merchant service fees, payments made using a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Care Credit and American Express) will incur an additional 1.75% fee.
Payments by check, cash and debit card (using pin) do not incur an additional fee.
